FAQ

What is the return policy?

At Sophie’s Curated Closet, every item is thoughtfully selected, and we want you and your pup to love your purchase. We understand that every situation is unique, so each return or exchange request receives personalized attention from our team.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will carefully review your request and work with you to determine the best available solution. Depending on the item, its condition and availability, an approved solution may include a size exchange, replacement, store credit or refund to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for a return or exchange:

● The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

● The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.

● All original tags and packaging must be included.

● The item must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, alterations or damage.

● Proof of purchase from Sophie’s Curated Closet is required.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each request is thoughtfully reviewed based on the circumstances, the item and its condition.

Custom, Made-to-Order and Final-Sale Items

Because these special pieces are created or prepared specifically for each customer, all custom, personalized, made-to-order and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all items from:

● Orostani Couture

● TattleTails

● Sophie’s Curated Gems

The following are also considered final sale:

● Sale and clearance merchandise

● Gift cards

● Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We will review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email Sophie@sophiescuratedcloset.com with the subject line Return Request – Order #[your order number].

2. Include your order number, the item you are contacting us about and a brief explanation of the situation.

3. Include photographs if the item is damaged, incorrect or has a sizing concern.

4. Please wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.

5. Once approved, securely package the item and ship it within seven days using a trackable shipping method.

6. After the item is received and inspected, we will email you with the approved resolution and next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Thank you for shopping with Sophie’s Curated Closet. We’re always happy to provide thoughtful, personalized assistance because every pup—and every purchase—is special.

Curated by Sophie, Worn with Joy™
Happiness Never Goes Out of Style™

What makes Sophie’s Curated Closet different?

Every item is personally curated with love, style, and happiness in mind. Sophie’s Curated Closet is more than fashion—it is a joyful, elegant world designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and sparkle.

We believe your dog is family and deserves pieces as extraordinary as they are. Every item is selected for comfort, craftsmanship, beauty, and individuality, helping you discover treasures that reflect your pup’s personality and celebrate the bond you share.

Fashion trends may change, but the happiness our dogs bring into our lives is timeless. To us, fashion is more than how something looks—it is a joyful way to celebrate their personalities and the love we share with them. That is why Happiness Never Goes Out of Style™ is at the heart of everything we do.

When will I receive my order?

We work quickly to ship every order as soon as possible. However, processing and production times vary by item. Some pieces are ready to ship, while others are handmade, made to order or specially ordered from the designer and may require additional time.

Please carefully review the production and handling information listed on specialty and made-to-order items before placing your order. The time listed is the estimated preparation time before the item ships and does not include the carrier’s delivery time.

If you are ordering for a holiday, birthday, photoshoot or special event, we strongly encourage you to plan ahead and order early.

If your order includes a made-to-order or special-order item, you will receive a separate email after your order is placed with its estimated production and handling time. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Final delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

How can I find my perfect fit?

Every designer fits differently, so sizing may vary between collections and styles. Each item includes its own sizing chart with specific measurements to help you find the best fit for your pup.

We always recommend measuring your dog before ordering and carefully reviewing the sizing chart on each product page.

If you have any questions about sizing, please email us at Sophie@sophiescuratedcloset.com with your pup’s measurements and the item you are considering. We’ll be happy to help you choose the best possible fit.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping within the United States on orders of $125 or more. A flat shipping rate of $8.95 applies to orders under $125.

The free-shipping minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. We currently ship within the United States only.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at Sophie@sophiescuratedcloset.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability and available shipping options. Additional expedited-shipping charges may apply.
