We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sophie’s Curated Closet and encourage you to review all sizing information and measurements carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, eligible ready-to-wear apparel may be exchanged one time for a different size.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from odors, pet hair, stains, damage, or other signs of wear.
All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges are limited to size only, and the requested replacement size is subject to availability.
All shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping and shipment of the replacement item, are the customer’s responsibility.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, sale, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. (This includes, but not limited to: Orostani Couture, Tattle Tails, & Curated Gems)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed, if the issue resulted from an error on our part, we will work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution.

All exchanges require prior approval. Please do not send an item back until you have received authorization from Sophie’s Curated Closet. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

If your order includes a made-to-order item, you will receive a separate email after your order is placed with the estimated production and handling time.

Every designer fits differently, so sizing may vary between collections and styles. Each item includes its own sizing chart with specific measurements to help you find the best fit for your pup.

We always recommend measuring your dog before ordering and referring to the sizing chart listed on each product page.

Shipping is a flat rate of $12! This is for standard 3-5 day shipping.
